Which process should AI do first?

Start with your website

We read your home page, find five of your processes and show you where AI should start. It takes about a minute, and the report is free.

We keep a note of the address. The result will be wrong in places, and you can correct it.

First page of a sample AI Triage report: a chart of five business processes by readiness and value, with the top process ringed as the one to start with.

What is AI Triage, and who is it for?

What triage means here

Triage means sorting by priority. Here the question is which of your business processes AI should take on first, and which to leave alone for now.

  • You describe up to five processes, one at a time. One is enough to start, and five gives a better comparison.
  • You are not designing the process, so you do not need the details. A few sentences on what it is, who does it and how often will do.
  • You answer twelve quick questions about each one, and we show where each one lands.

Who is this for?

This is aimed at the whole organisation, at the leadership level: the people who answer for it as a whole and set its Strategic, Tactical and Operational direction, not one department’s own list of tasks. Anyone is welcome to use it, whatever the size of the organisation or your own role.

Making your first pass

This takes up to a minute. We are inferring these from what we can read, so expect some of it to be wrong.
