Applied Relevance
This site: AI strategy and implementation, and the platform that runs it.
appliedrelevance.com is the home of the practice: AI strategy for executive teams, and the implementation work that follows. It is built and run as a product, not a brochure, and it is a working example of the stack the practice recommends.
It is an Astro 5 site rendered on demand on Cloudflare Workers, with React islands where a page needs interaction and Tailwind v4 for styling. The free AI leverage map is a two-minute, click-only check that sorts the kinds of work a company might hand to AI by what each one needs. A Supabase-backed blog carries the long-form writing, and the portfolio you are reading is driven from a single typed data file.
The visual system is a shared set of design tokens used across every Applied Relevance property, with a linter that rejects raw colors, so a new page cannot drift from the house style.
